Embedded Engineer, Linux/Android Kernel JD * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer science/Electronics (or equivalent). * Practical experience in Linux/Android Systems. * Strong Knowledge on Embedded Linux Kernel Internals, Realtime Linux & Device Drivers * Good Understanding on ARM 32/64 Architectures and Kernel Debugging * Knowledge of Kernel Internals and rich experience in Kernel Driver Development in Android systems. * Understanding of Display, Camera, PICe, Ethernet Protocols and low-level drivers like I2C, SPI, UART. * Understanding of File system/Storage devices like eMMC/UFS/NAND. * Languages: Required: C, Device Drivers, System programming. oDesirable: Scripting, Yocto, perl, Phyton • OS: Required: Linux/ Android o Desirable: QNX • Domain Skills (Nice to Have) • Tools: oKnowledge of various Display Interfaces and low-level drivers oKnowledge of Networking, Ethernet drivers oGood Understanding of any File system/Storage devices eMMC/UFS/NAND. oUnderstanding of RT Linux. oKnowledge on Kernel Profiling and debugging Tools. oExperience in Android internals and yocto build Environments oSystem level debugging oGIT, Gerrit, HW debugging using Analyzers and HW debuggers. • Experience with cross compiler tool chain and build IDEs Client name is Harman International Location:- Pune/Banglore (work from office) Experience :- 5 to 7 years
